Blackened Scallops

Scallops are always a treat for me and when I saw these on the menu my eyes lit up and they did not disappoint! In fact, it was the best scallop dish I have ever had in my life!!! They were cooked to perfection, buttery and tender with a nice kick of Cajun flavor and tangy sauce. This dish hit all the right notes. Usually I eat pretty fast, but I savored these and dare I say it was a religious experience? I mean really... try these scallops ?

Veggie Spring Rolls

The Veggie rolls are perfectly fried and tasty. The sauce it comes with is has a lot of flavor with a good kick, but not overwhelming. This is a great vegetarian appetizer.

Food was great (spouse had stuffed shrimp), and so was the atmosphere. Appreciated the great service as well. The band in the corner was very good and liked having them there made a special anniversary dinner.

Mahi Mahi Chili

You might ask "Mahi Mahi Chili" ???? WTH?? Let me tell you it's the real deal. The Mahi has a good firm texture and takes on the nicely balanced spices in a subtle and tasteful way. The beans add nice texture. Combine the Jack Cheese and sour cream and you've got lucious bowl of lip smacking chili. Excellent.

Cinnamon Roll Pancake

The pancakes were very good! The icing really gave it the cinnamon roll effect. And adding syrup made it decadently yummy. Added a side of bacon because who doesn't like to dip bacon in maple syrup. Sitting outside on the deck made the morning brunch especially enjoyable for us

PEI Mussels

Excellent mussels! Cooked to perfection in a very nice sherry wine sauce. Very generous portion as well. That, combined with very good service in a very delightful setting makes for a perfect way to enjoy lunch. Lastly, being outside, it was nice to to enjoy the sun and breeze while listening to the rigging of the boats. Sometimes it's just nice not to have to be listening to music. Outriggers understands this and takes full advantage of what their ideal location has to offer.

Broiled Scallops

To celebrate my birthday my family decided to take me out to dinner. My sister found this restaurant because she knew I loved seafood. I ordered the broiled scallops which were cooked to perfection; tender, with a mild sweet taste, not fishy. I can honestly say that they were the best I have had. mI have decided to get three friends gift certificates for Christmas just so I can go back again! Karen Ellis.

Blackened Scallops

My wife & I stopped at Outriggers on the way home from Providence a few nights ago.. We really enjoyed our dinner - good steak - but the highlight for me was the Blackened Scallops. Blackened Scallops are not typically found on many menus and these were a great find!! Just awesome. Perfectly cooked, Multiple layers of flavors come through. The "blackened" smacks your lips first then the sweetness of the scallops rings true. These scallops were tender and delicious with a nice blackened kick.
